Healthy Soup

Healthy Soup


Use Kale Channe, Rajmah, Chole or Dal to make delicious Soup for your Lunch or Dinner!

 Leftover Ingredient- kale channe/ chole/rajmah/dal

Ingredients
- Kaale channe( stored in Tupperware clear bowl)- 1 Tropical Twin
- Tomato- 1 no
- Spring onion- 1 no
- Garlic- 1tsp (chopped)
- Ginger- 1tsp (chopped)
- Oil-1tbsp
- Salt to taste


 Method-
- Chop tomato and spring onion using Tupperware Smart Chopper.
- Sauté tomato, spring onions, ginger, garlic till the tomatoes in Ultimo Chef Series Pan till slightly done.
- Add kale channe to the tomato mixture and bring to a boil.
- Mash the channas with the back of a ladle and let it boil till the mixture thickens.
- Add salt and mix well. Serve hot garnished with parsley and spring onions.


Variations- leftover rajmah, chole and dal can also be used as a substitute for kale channe.
