Give your Leftover Rotis a makeover. Check out this fantastic recipe of quick and yummy Roti Laddoo made from leftover Roti!

 Leftover Ingredient- Roti/Chapatti

Ingredients

- Chapatti- 4-5 no


- Jaggery/gur-1/2 Tropical Twin


- Ghee-2 tbsp


Method 

- Break the chapattis into small pieces and keep aside.


- Grate jaggery in Tupperware Handy Grater. Melt ghee in Ultimo Chef series pan, add the grated jaggery and mix till it melts.

 
- Add the jaggery mixture to the broken chapatti and mix well.


- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small laddoos using your palms.


- Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.
